Play by the rules

We get it: No one likes policies (seriously, we didn’t even like writing these policies). But we also get that policies aren’t here to rain on the parade—they’re actually here to make your experience as a paying Annexer the best experience possible, from the moment you step through those studio doors to the moment you walk out. And that requires a little commitment on your part to play by the rules. (We thank you.)

Class Cancellation Policy

If you know you can’t make your class, please let us know 8 hours in advance so we can offer it to a waitlister (and so you aren’t charged). If you cancel, your class will be credited to your account. Don’t cancel within 8 hours? You’ll be charged a $15 Late Cancellation Fee. Please also note that we charge $20.00 for any No Shows so please make sure to cancel your spot to avoid this.

Waitlisted Policy

When classes are full, you have the option to hop on the waitlist. We ask that if you are signed up on the waitlist, you act as if you are coming to class. We know life happens and things move quickly so it’s important to keep an eye on your email to see if you get in to the class. There is no penalty to remove yourself from the waitlist! Our system will automatically bump people in off the waitlist up to 30 minutes before the scheduled class. Classes can drop substantially overnight and we ask that you either take yourself off the waitlist before going to sleep or set that early alarm!

Late Arrivals/Early Departures Policy

We’ve been there: You want to sneak out of class five minutes early to get to work / dinner / that party on time. But we all know that sneaking out of any group class is less sneaky, more disruptive. Plus, the last five minutes of class is our Annex cool-down, which is essential to recovering from your workout and preventing injury. So, barring natural disasters, studio doors will stay closed until class is officially over. If you must leave class early, we humbly ask that you attend a different class. Likewise, late arrivals will forfeit their class, so plan in advance, Annexers.

Membership Freezes/Cancellation Policy

We get it, life happens and sometimes you can’t be consistent in the gym. We offer membership freezes from 3 weeks to 3 months long depending on your situation. *Please note that we do not allow any membership freezes from December 10th- December 31st.
If you need to cancel your membership, we require 7 days notice to do so. If you are on a 6 month unlimited membership and want to cancel before the contract is over, we require a one month payment to terminate.
