Seven workouts, one community
Because our definitions of fitness are all different, Annex is where you choose your classes to complement your lifestyle and the goals you’re working toward. Your workout may be the only hour in the day you get all to yourself and we know how short that is, so we aren’t going to waste it. (Trust, you will sweat.)
Strength
Our Strength class guides you through a whole-body, high-intensity workout every workout. We offer different formats to keep things interesting! So, if it’s the only sweat you can squeeze in, we’ve got your back… and core… and arms… and legs.
Barre
Barre at Annex is an athletic take on a ballet-style class. We target your slow-twitch muscles—those “in-between” muscles known for lengthening and burning fat—with precise, high-rep movements.
Spin
As our signature cardio class, Spin at the Annex is all about intensity: We move to the beat, and we move together. We’ll guide your movements while you push your limits.
Yoga
At Annex you can expect your Yoga class to be dark and have the beats bumping. We will keep you moving to both strengthen and expand, leaving you feeling like your most balanced and uplifted self!
SOMA
SOMA is a 45 minute, mostly body-weight class that blends high heart rate movements with slower sustainable moments to leave you feeling grounded and at peace in your body. This discipline is a shift away from hustle culture or always choosing the “hardest” workout. While there are certainly challenging moments throughout class, the aim is to slow down, take up space and just move in a way that feels good.
Mobility
Mobility at Annex is designed to increase range of motion and decrease sensitivity in your joints and muscles. Each month we will focus on one functional shape and will break down and focus on creating more mobility within each segment.
Each 50min class is programmed to target your entire body.
Mobility is hosted in the strength room on a mat, participants are welcome to wear socks or go barefoot - this discipline welcomes all fitness levels and is the perfect pairing to your high intensity workout.
Barre Step
Barre Step is a dynamic class that blends our signature barre class with the challenge of heavier weights, plyometric power, and cardiovascular conditioning through energizing step-based sequences, and bigger compound strength shapes. Expect a full-body workout that builds endurance, elevates your heart rate, and leaves you feeling strong, athletic, and confident in your movement.
