Nothing we do at Annex is by accident and it all started with the space. The exposed-brick walls, classic archways, and original layout made us fall in love—and the history made us move in. Built in 1897, the building has had a long history on Yates Street. No doubt, you’ve walked by the expansive windows before—maybe you even bought your first CD here. We’re weaving modern fibres into this historic tapestry, from reclaimed West Coast wood to luxe amenities. Bonus? As Victoria natives, we chose to work exclusively with local artisans and contactors who lovingly helped us breathe new life into this downtown fixture.
