Mental and physical health go hand in hand. Carving time out of my day to move my body mindfully has proven that time and time again. I am my truest most authentic self when I have a balanced and committed movement practice.

Being able to share my offerings is what motivates me to continue to grow and evolve as a teacher and in my life.

Something you can’t go a day without:
Coffee! Seriously, it’s more than an energy boost, it’s part of my morning ritual.
